Going to post a few bits and pieces Maya users will find useful:

Firstly Leo no errors at all with the app it works perfectly.  ;D

Fixing the Normal Errors in Maya
1) Import the .obj data as usual
2) When imported export the mesh data as a .obj, on the export options uncheck save normals.
3) Re-import your newly exported mesh and voila the normals will be fixed.(remember to recheck normals on the export options!!!)
4) Profit  8)

If someone have the tool please upload it, cause I and the other people can't download it from datafilehost even though it hasn't been deleted. I don't have the latest source of the tool but only WIP so I can not use it  :(
