LGT(Leo's Games Tools)

I have no idea how i can extract the files from destruction derby arenas i try everything i can using simple tools and some game extractors tools.
GAMEDATA most have a lot of probably models.

CARSKIN most have the car textures (skins).
Most files like in sounds etc.. is in UBR format.
Extract models and texture from this game probably never got to see it:(
I try to find any ware in the internet.
