-RE3PLWEditor v0.1b- (Release date 14/06/2020)

It's an editor for Resident Evil 3 PLW files, those files contains weapons 3D models(*.MD2),
 textures(*.TIM), etc...

Each part inside *.MD2 can't have more than 256 vertices...

Replace "Data\PL00.TIM" with other characters main texture that are inside *.PLD so the whole *.PLW model look correctly...

-GT2 Car Viewer v0.2.4a- (Release date 16/6/2020)

About:It's an viewer and converter for Gran Turismo 2, tool can preview(without the wheels for now) cars from the game and export the 3D models of the cars to *.OBJ format and the textures to *.TGA 32bit...

First of all the tool work only along with the GT2VolTools which is used to extract GT2.VOL maybe in the future release/s GT2CV will allow to open GT2.VOL directly for simplicity, we'll see... Anyway once you extract GT2.VOL using GT2VolTools you should have a folded(among the others) called carobj and that folder GT2CV will use to view and convert GT2 cars.

Start GT2CV then click Browse button and select carobj folder the tool will scan that folder and you should have 2220 cars in total(1110 day versions and 1110 night versions of the cars). Then you can export selected car to a chosen folder with all colors that one or another car have or you can export several cars by checking them in list or all of them by checking them all. To export all car at once you gonna need about 2.5GB of free space and the whole process may take about 30 minutes depending on CPU...

Even though the wheels are not shows in the tool but still one wheel will be included in exported car *.OBJ, it's not hard to clone that wheel and fit it to the car using rotate/scale/position features in some 3D modeler like 3dsmax for example.

* Fix UV map drawing breaking when a model uses a UV Y coordinate
  of 224.


* Port to a newer version of Delphi, to replace an unlicensed
  gzip component with the built-in gzip library. Rewrite use of
  gzip to use this library, which conveniently also fixes crashes
  when scrolling quickly through cars.


* Reorganise the UI to maximise the size of the render window.
* Store the last selected path, checkbox state, and render
  background colour in the config file.
* Resize the texture preview to the correct 256x224.
* Change the vertex colour to magenta rather than yellow, and
  shrink the size on the texture preview from 2x2 to 1x1 to trade
  visibility for accuracy.
* Remove the gradient and vignette from the render, as well as
  the FPS counter.

-TE1MV v0.1b- (TEkken 1 Model Viewer)

About: This tool it's an viewer and converter for Tekken [PSX] 3D models of the characters they're stored in *.ARC files. At this point the tool can view and export all characters,  it can export the textures to a single *.TGA 32bpp and the models as a single or multi object *.OBJ file. Unfortunately I couldn't find values that are responsible for the parts positions and because of that parts must be viewed one by one, I'll try to fix that in the future release/s ;)

Note: The game store differently it models comparing to Tekken 2 so they have to be rotated in 3d modeler the tool fix during the preview but not when exporting, maybe I'll write a simple script for 3dsmax that will do the job or update the tool, we'll see.

Tools / DDABINExtractor: A tool to extract LOADSCRN.BIN...

-DDABINExtractor v0.1b-

It's an extractor/converter for LOADSCRN.BIN which contains 230 images(512x448 24bpp each) and the tool will save all of those RAW images to 24bpp BMP's.

Simply drag & drop LOADSCRN.BIN over DDABINExtractor.EXE and the tool will extract all RAW images in it to BMP's, just don't forget to copy LOADSCRN.BIN somewhere on HDD otherwise the tool will not work.

-CVBINExtractor v0.1b-

It's an simple extractor\converter for Countdown Vampires[PSX] PEONODAT.BIN files from both CD's, they
containing some backgrounds(about 40).

To extract PEONODAT.BIN simply drag & drop it on CVBINExtractor.EXE and the tool will  create a folder named as *.BIN file and all files from it will be extracted/converted  to *.TIM's there...

Some extracted backgrounds containing mask and some other data, but the tool doesn't export those files at least not yet.

Have decided to work on a tool that could view 3D models from the game, right now I've documented the basic of 3D format that the game use and wrote this small tool that can view parts from the model, hope at some point I'll made a release cause right now I'm experimenting  ;D

This tool it's an editor for Resident Evil 2[PC] ADT files, it can open directly an ADT that it support, after it can export it to PSX TIM which can be then easily edited in Photoshop or some other editor that support PSX TIM's and import it back and compress it :)

if you're using Photoshop you will need Tim_Plugin to be able to edit PSX TIM's with Photoshop.

PmData for his adt2img.exe and adttools.exe, without those exe's this tool wouldn't exist...

At this point the tool only support the following ADT's(but hopefully the future update/s will support all the rest):

 containning images usually six(but not always) TIM's 256x256 8bpp with four palette, which the

It's an editor for Resident Evil 2 RDT files... 

Folder "Extra" contains:
RE2RDTES.7Z: Contains script for 3dsma 8+ to import/export camera from/to RE2RDTE...
ROOMCUT.7Z: Contains special version of ROOMCUT.BIN with all[15] cameras BG and mask ready to edit plus some extra rooms...
START_SCENE.7Z: Contains start scene for 3dsmax 8+ which include LEON model and one camera with proper setting, build your scene dimensions based on LEON model...

The tool may have some bugs like not able to open some rooms...

 PmData, MarkGrass, Mortician for the information about RDT format...
