-RE2 ADT Editor v0.1b-  Release Date:  18/10/2015

About:
This tool it's an editor for Resident Evil 2[PC] ADT files, it can open directly an ADT that it support, after it can export it to PSX TIM which can be then easily edited in Photoshop or some other editor that support PSX TIM's and import it back and compress it :)

if you're using Photoshop you will need Tim_Plugin (http://www.romhacking.net/utilities/450/) to be able to edit PSX TIM's with Photoshop.

Credit:
PmData for his adt2img.exe and adttools.exe, without those exe's this tool wouldn't exist...

Note:
At this point the tool only support the following ADT's(but hopefully the future update/s will support all the rest):
